Most of the ads I came upon were very gender neutral, and some (like this one, though I didn't include it in this blip) stated that they were an "equal opportunity employer." So I couldn't find any searching specifically for women. But in spite of that I thought the qualifications were pretty similar (although we were far stingier and didn't offer dental)

ReplyDeleteThe advertisement I found was a 29 year old male doctor from India. His parents posted the ad for him. The only thing they requested was that the female was a Muslim from India. They did not specify her age or occupation.

What am I looking for? I'm looking for a sister who is going to obey Allah first and her husband second. She must be willing to follow Islam in all aspects of life and hold the deen in high regard at all times. If any woman can do that much I"m more than willing to make her a very happy wife.
